About TANKNAROK
TANKNAROK is a free top-down tank arena shooter designed for fast browser battles. Instead of managing a squad or waiting for turns, you drive one tank directly, rotate its turret toward a target, and fire while moving through the battlefield. The elevated camera keeps nearby opponents, rocks, and open firing lanes visible, so quick steering and awareness matter from the opening seconds of a match.
The lobby includes single-player and multiplayer choices. Before the action starts, press R to mark yourself ready; if Host Mode does not work, the game's own instructions recommend using Shared Mode. In the arena, movement and turret aim are independent, allowing the tank to retreat in one direction while firing in another. Destructible action and short, competitive encounters give the game its quick-fire pace.
The verified version is listed for PC and uses a physical keyboard and mouse. WASD steers the tank forward, backward, left, and right, while the mouse rotates the turret through 360 degrees. The left mouse button fires the current weapon, and Escape opens the menu or pauses the battle. Press Play to start from this page without installing a separate game client.
