About Tanks 3D
Tanks 3D is a free online team battlefield game played across a large, editable three-dimensional map. Players join colored armies, drive different tank classes, capture territory, and try to eliminate opposing reinforcements. The battlefield is more than scenery: weapons can cut through terrain, while builder tools can create trenches, ridges, and defensive ground. That gives every team ways to change the routes and cover available during a match.
Experience earned in combat opens access to stronger vehicles and specialized weapons. Light tanks favor movement, heavy tanks absorb more damage, and builder tanks trade direct power for the ability to reshape the field. You can switch between first- and third-person views, check the map, and choose among equipped weapons. Success comes from supporting the team, reading territory changes, and avoiding isolated fights against several enemies.
The control set uses many keyboard and mouse inputs, so this version is best played on a desktop or laptop. Mobile support has not been verified and is not advertised here. The game itself runs online in the browser with no separate client download. A full match can be substantial, but joining the battlefield for a focused objective is also a good way to switch attention during a longer gaming break.
